One of the caveats is that the CDN controls remote deletions, etc. via a remote PHP script.

It appears that most CDNs do not permit the execution of PHP.

To keep it simple, I log in as root with the same password on both machines. Both machines are pinging each other (network established).
I turned off the firewall on both machines. The FTP package is installed and operational on both machines. However, when I enter the command ftp &tip address of other machine&t, I receive the error "connection refused." This has something to do with authorizations.
But if I'm using root as a user, what's the problem? What am I doing wrong?

There was an issue in the Google warning a few weeks ago, and now we have uploaded the new fresh website files to the folder of the Centos 7 servers, but when I go to the edge browser, it gives a http 500 error. We have checked the domain.conf files, and they appear to be correct, but it still gives the error.

Can someone assist me in resolving the issues?

I require your assistance. I'm going to rent a VPS with cpanel soon. I'm going to get 8GB of RAM, a 4core CPU, and a 120GB SSD in New York. I'll set up a slew of websites to handle the traffic. I'll start with at least $1,000 and work my way up to $100,000 per month.

I have another virtual private server that I use to send marketing emails. It has 2GB of RAM, but I could increase it to 4GB if I needed to install mysql separately from my cpanel vps to handle the traffic. Do I need to install a mysql database on the email server I use to send emails in order to get database updates for the open and clicks tracker?

The issue is that if the server goes down, I won't be able to get the database updated when someone opens and clicks on one of my emails. I could use my cpanel vps to update the database while running a lot of traffic on my websites, but this can cause a lot of stress on the server, causing it to go offline, and thus the database will not be updated.

Do you think it's best if I get a Web hosting that already has mysql so I can use it to keep the emails opens and clicks tracker updated on a database separate from my two servers?

What do you think is the best thing I could do?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It's as if it was more a problem of my computer/browser than of the hosting itself, since if its response time was slow it should happen every time and not only at the first attempt to open the page. In any case, in different shared hosting services I have noticed some slow response times, but I don't know if it is due to the same problem, any ideas?]]>

There seems to be even more problems with shared. But, I also have three very low-volume WordPress sites. So with that in mind, I'm comparing the $2.50 - $3.00/month shared space.

I had been using the $3.50 tier over on Amazon LightSail, but was kind of hoping to not be my own admin.

So far, I've tried the following:
 • HostMantis - Super happy with the service and performance on the DA Advanced plan, but thought the ratejacking the day after most of the Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales ended was particularly sleazy. The response I got when I basically offered to pre-pay for a year at my current rate was met with a response that was slightly more polite than telling me to FOAD. I get it. They want out of "cheapest-you-can-get-me" hosting.

 • CrocWeb - They seem like nice people. Their support was responsive. But I somehow pegged the CPU resources with just one WP site with no traffic and super basic plugins. The nominal usage -- just sitting there doing nothing -- somehow consumed 30% CPU on the Baby Croc plan.

 • InterServer - They also seem quite nice, but they really limit you on I/O. Try any large-ish transfer, and everything grinds to a halt at 4 megabits. You can feel WP kind of cry, and I had to tinker with Duplicator just to keep it from timing out when making a backup.

 • NameCheap - The Stellar Plus plan mostly reminds me of HostMantis in terms of performance. Everything runs great there, and I don't seem to come even close to hitting resource constraints. But something is hopelessly broken with their mail, and I can't seem to lead their support people into having someone figure out why there's a massive backlog. Their support people try, but it's kind of like live chat with retail companies, where you know the person on the other end is trying to juggle multiple customers at once. I don't really need top-tier mail, so it's one of those things where if the sites work, I'll probably just figure out something else for mail and keep the $2.50 hosting.

I'm hoping there may be some suggestions out there from my fellow cheapskates. Recognizing that I'm a tiny guppy in an ocean of choice, I don't think I'm looking for anything extremely out of line for the price:
Need:
 • More than 20 domains

 • 5 GB storage

 • Enough resource headroom for 3 - 4 low-traffic and simple WP sites

 • Shell access

 • Basic e-mail

Want:
 • Unlimited domains

 • 10+ GB storage

 • Mail that isn't constantly broken or blacklisted

Nice to have:
 • Support response time under 24 hours

 • Independent company

 • Free trial / money-back guarantee

I am checking during the middle of night when there is almost no traffic so I know there is no effect of server load. At least from my site.
I see big difference from test to test. Even between mobile and desktop in single test.
Score goes from 35 to 90 so I know web site is optimized for SEO since I get 90.
I know Google ads and other scripts can cause problems but I postpone adsbygoogle.js load and I have plugins for async load.I use Wordpress.

What would be good tool to check server response and server metrics?

Thank you]]>
