Microsoft to end Windows 10 support on October 14th, 2025
Another sign that a new version of Windows is on the way. Microsoft is ending support for Windows 10 on October 14th, 2025. It will mark just over 10 years since the operating system was first introduced. Microsoft revealed the retirement date for Windows 10 in an updated support life cycle page for the OS. Thurrott reports that this is the first time Microsoft has ever described the end of support for Windows 10.
You were right.
Windows 11 looks like an improvement, especially the design with the centered taskbar, Auto-HDR, rounded logo & rounded design, etc. Also, just in case you weren't aware, it's a free upgrade if you have Windows 10.
Check if your PC is eligible for a free upgrade by downloading the PC Health Check Tool which can be found on the Windows 11 page of the Microsoft website.
This is good, hopefully they will be able to resolve issues and purge anything holding back innovation.
