If your budget is low, then go for KVM + virtualizor. If you have a good budget then you can opt for vmware. Vmware is a basically commercial product and generally used by one who wants feature such as failover, load balancer etc. If you want to offer budget VPS hosting, i would suggest KVM + virtualizor.
